I IntoYou

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IntoYou ("we", "us") handles information when you use the IntoYou mobile app. IntoYou was built to work without an account, and almost everything you enter stays on your phone.

1. Information stored on your device only

Your quiz answers (your age range, your first name, the name or nickname you enter for the person you are asking about, the type of situation, who texts first, reply speed and style, the hours you spend thinking about it, how long it has been going on, what confuses you, past attempts to get an answer, and your answers to the signal checklist), your interest score and report, your plan start date, streak history, daily pledges, and your conversations with the in-app decoder are stored locally on your device. We do not upload this information to our servers and we cannot read it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

IntoYou does not require an account. We do not ask for, collect, or store your email address, phone number, or any login credential.

About the other person. IntoYou asks for a first name or nickname so the app can talk to you naturally. That name, and anything you tell the app about that person, is stored only on your device. We never contact them, never notify them, and never build a profile about them.

2. Information processed by our service providers

All data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

3. Messages you paste into the decoder

The decoder is designed for you to paste messages you have received. Those messages may contain another person's words. Please only paste conversations you are personally part of, and avoid including sensitive details such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial information. Pasted content is used solely to generate your reply. It is never published, shared with other users, or sold.

4. How we use information

5. What we do not do

6. Notifications

IntoYou can schedule a daily reminder notification on your device to help you keep your streak. These notifications are generated locally on your phone — no push token is created and nothing is sent to a notification server. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

7. Retention and deletion

Data stored on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Uninstalling IntoYou removes your answers, score, report, streak, and decoder history from your phone permanently — we hold no copy of them.

To request deletion of any analytics or decoder records associated with your device, visit our data deletion page or email hello@vegadigital.app. We will action verified requests within 30 days. Purchase records held by RevenueCat and the app stores are retained as required for billing, accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and cannot be deleted on request.

8. Children

IntoYou is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Because IntoYou has no account system, the fastest way to exercise most of these rights is to delete the app, which removes your data from your device. For anything else, email hello@vegadigital.app.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the app.

If you feel unsafe in a relationship, contact someone you trust or your local support services.
