Delete your Venusly data

You can delete everything Venusly holds about you from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed.

In the app (immediate)

Open Venusly, go to Settings and tap "Delete account and data". This clears your name, birth details, saved readings and answers from the device, and deletes the sketches stored on our servers for your device. If you created an account, it is deleted too. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your data

Open Settings and tap "Delete account and data". This clears everything Venusly stored on this device — your name, birth details, saved readings and answers — and deletes the sketches stored on our servers for your device. If you have an account it deletes that too. It cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in Google Play.

By email (if you have uninstalled)

Email hello@vegadigital.app with the subject "Delete my data" and mention Venusly. Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.

What we keep, and why

Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat are retained for as long as the app stores require for receipts, refunds and tax. Anonymous product analytics are not linked to your name and are retained for up to 24 months.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in Google Play > Subscriptions, or it will keep renewing.
