Venusly Terms of Use

These terms cover Venusly Premium, one-time reveals, and how the readings should be understood. Using the app means you accept them.

What Venusly Premium includes

Venusly Premium unlocks your full soulmate reveal — the sketch, name signal, meeting window, and story — plus the daily love signal, weekly fate reading, lucky number, and access to your saved reveal while the subscription is active. Premium includes one new soulmate sketch per subscription week; if you want another before the week is out, it is available as a one-time purchase.

Billing and renewal

Venusly Premium is billed weekly at the price shown on the subscription screen, charged to your Google Play or Apple account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Google Play > Subscriptions or Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

One-time reveals

Future husband, secret connection, surprise match, palm reading and extra sketches are optional one-time purchases, at the price shown in the app when you buy. None of them are part of the weekly subscription and none of them renew. Most are consumed when that reveal is generated; the palm reading is a permanent unlock, and you can restore it from Settings on a new device.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play and Apple under their own policies. We cannot issue store refunds directly, but contact support and we will help where we can.

Entertainment only

Venusly is for entertainment. Sketches, readings, astrology-style signals, timing windows, and lucky numbers are generated from your answers and are not predictions, professional advice, or a description of any real person. Results are not guaranteed and vary from case to case.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase. Do not use Venusly to harass, identify, or make decisions about real people. We may suspend access for abuse of the service.
